Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed in the order they are received on days when the shop is open. Orders are not processed or shipped on days the shop is closed. Orders may not be delivered on weekends or holidays, according to the carrier’s schedule. 

Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver when we do. 

Order Tracking: A shipment confirmation email with tracking numbers will be provided.

Damages/Lost Items: If an order is damaged, please contact hello at Malka sima dot co immediately. If an order is lost, please file a claim with the carrier. Once orders are shipped out, they’re out of our hands.
